How to Ride
Option 1: Standard Ticketing Process
Ticketing Channels: Purchase tickets via the 12306 App, Alipay 12306 Mini Program, or WeChat 12306 Mini Program.
Riding Process: At boarding time, scan your ID card or ride QR code to enter the gate, follow signs to board, and scan your ID card to exit.
Option 2: Alipay Ride Code
First, search for 12306 in Alipay to complete real-name verification and obtain a ride code. Scan the code to enter and exit the gate—the system will automatically deduct the fare based on the station interval.
Steps to Verify Alipay for Intercity Train Access:
Open the Alipay App, search for 12306, and follow the prompts to activate the service. Once activated, tap Scan to Ride to generate a ride code. Use this code to enter and exit the station—no ID card needed.
