Zhang Yong, male, Han ethnicity, born in May 1974. He holds a university degree, a Master of Engineering and is a senior economist. He is a member of the Communist Party of China. Currently, he serves as Deputy Secretary of the CPC Haikou Municipal Committee, Secretary of  Party Leadership Group of Haikou Municipal People's Government, Mayor of Haikou City, Hainan Province.

Job Responsibilities:

Preside over the overall work of the Municipal People's Government.

Be in charge of tourism, culture, and audit work concurrently.

Take charge of the Municipal Bureau of Tourism, Culture, Radio, Television and Sports (Municipal Bureau of Cultural Heritage) and the Municipal Audit Bureau.
