According to Shi Fangxiao, director of the Haikou Customs Inspection Department, specialists are arranged by the Customs office to assist import and export companies in troubleshooting issues. Meanwhile, they are also seeking and gathering views from businesses to further optimize the service system.

By the end of this month, the Customs office has helped more than 200 leading enterprises in various sectors, including tourism, modern services, tropical agriculture, aerospace, aircraft & yacht maintenance, biomedicine and off-shore duty-free.
